The Curt hitch part # 31198 that you referenced, which is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Toyota Tundra, installs with the factory tow-hook 12 mm bolts that the truck already has. Basically you remove the factory tow hooks, place the hitch between the frame and the tow hooks and then reinstall the hardware.
