I do have a solution for you, however we do not currently have a custom-fit trailer hitch that is confirmed to work with the Ford E450 chassis on your motorhome.
I recommend looking at the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. This is an adjustable hitch that can fit vehicle frames between 22 and 72 inches wide. The hitch can be bolted to the frame or welded on for a no-drill application. I recommend having any welding done by a certified professional. This will provide a 2 inch hitch receiver opening with a maximum tongue weight of 350 pounds.
I have attached an installation video on this product for you to check out.
