Will Andersen Ultimate Fifth Wheel Connection AM3200 Give Better Turning Clearance
Question:
I have a 61/2 bed Ram using a 16K slider. Was thinking about an ultimate hitch. I have the rails for industry standard in the truck now. Will I get more turning ability with Anderson hitch compared to my Reese in towing position? How much more will I get? I have never had to slide out on the road or in any camp sites we visit. Thank you for the info.

The Andersen Ultimate part # AM3200 gives you an offset of 9 inches so it would give you a considerable amount more of turning clearance when compared to the Reese slider hitch you have now that is always in the forward most position.
