Recommendation for a Hitch and 4 bike Rack for a 2015 Toyota Camry

I was looking at the Draw Tite #36540 Class 2 hitch and the Curt #12107 Class 2 hitch to carry up to 4 bikes on a 1up Quik Rack. Do recommend one over the other? Do you have to cut the heat shield on the Draw Tite like you do on the Curt? Thanks!

Both the Draw-Tite Class II Hitch, # 36540 and the Curt Class II Hitch, # C12107, will work well and do the job for you on your 2015 Toyota Camry.
Both have the same towing capacities and very similar installation procedures. Both state that you will need to trim or modify the Camry's heat shield after the hitch has been installed.
Between the two, I recommend the Draw-Tite hitch over the Curt hitch for two reasons. First, for basically the same design and material quality, the Draw-Tite hitch is a little more cost efficient.
Secondly, the Curt hitch requires the use of a stabilizer strap, like # 18050, to be used on non-trailer applications. The strap is use for additional support on bike racks, cargo carriers, and other accessories. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt. Many customers have commented on how the strap is cumbersome to connect to there vehicles. The Draw-Tite hitch does not require the use of the strap.
As for a bike rack, I recommend the Thule Camber 4 Bike Rack, # TH9056. This Thule rack can carry up to 4 bikes weighing 37.5 lbs per bike. The rack will fit either 1-1/4 or 2 inch hitch receiver openings and includes a tilt away feature making access to your cargo area easy.
If you will be carrying alternative or step-thru frames like are seen on a woman's style bike, then I recommend the Kuat Ubar Adapter Bar, # UB01. The Ubar will allow you have a horizontal mounting surface to have these bikes on to the Thule bike rack.
