Can 7-Way to 4-Way Adapter A10-7084VP be Used for Just Trailer Light Function
Question:
Hi i need a 7 blade hook up for a trailer im going to use this weekend because it has power brakes, but I dont need the power brakes im not going very far if i just hook up the flat 4 end to my vechical and then the 7 way to the trailer will the lights work? Thats all I really care about is having lights Thanks

For what you are looking to do the part # A10-7084VP will work just fine. You would plug your vehicle's 4-way into the adaptor's 4-way and then plug straight into the 7-way of your trailer and all of the trailer lights will function.
You could tape up the extra wires as they aren't needed or you could cut them off.
