Will Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Lower Height Of Tow Bar

Hi, Can you please give me the dimension of the receiver O/C. I need this info as I have BlueOx tow bar and my toad is currently 1inch lower and I want to make sure it ends up within the BlueOx spec of not more than a 3inch delta.....thank you....

The shank of the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier, part # RM-195225 sits directly on top of the receiver you will attach your tow bar to.

The receiver will lower your tow bar an additional 2-inches, so you will be at 3-inches if this carrier is used.
