How to Determine if Reese Weight Distribution System Will Bolt up To Different Brand Shank
Question:
Hi...I currently tow a FS2600 Weekend Warrior. Looking to purchase a Highlander by Highland Ridge 31RGR with TW 1580lbs and GRWR of 13300. I have a Airsafe Hitch class VI which is 15K with weight distribution. 20K with out. It 2inch so my question is because I dont need to purchase a shank and ball will Reese Weight Distribution - RP66075 bolt onto my shank? Is there is size difference of the weight distribution portion that attaches to my current shank?

Nearly all weight distribution systems are made to attach to the same shank dimensions. The Reese system part # RP66075 is designed to attach to a shank that has 3/4 inch diameter holes that are spaced 1-1/4 inches apart.
If the dimensions of your shank match this then this system would bolt right up and work fine.
