The parts you mentioned do work together and would give you and adjustable pintle channel mount ball mount. You would want part numbers # C45922, # C45917, and # c45925 .

Yes, the Reese lock will work with the Curt Slim Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount #C46KR. You could also use the etrailer #e98882 or any other similar lock with a 5/8" diameter to secure it.
