You will want the Replacement Passenger Side Fender for Roadmaster Tow Dolly 2000-1, # RM-921003, for your Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Self-Steering Wheels and Electric Brakes - 4,380 lbs # RM-2050-1. The Replacement Driver's Side Fender for Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes is # RM-921002

The Replacement Passenger's Side Fender for Roadmaster RM3477 Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - Metal, # RM-922005, you referenced is not the correct fit for your Roadmaster 2000-1.

If you just need the replacement lens, # A38AB is the amber lens replacement. The red lens cover is # 440-15R.

I attached install instructions for the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part #RM-2050-1 that you referenced which has a section on assembly. I attached a diagram I took from the instructions that shows how it all comes together as well.
