Available Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bag Kit F2550
Question:
Hello, I am going to install the Firestone 2550 on my lifted truck. I know Im going to need spacers just not sure which one. Do I measure between the upper and lower brackets with or without the airbag installed? Do I set the lower bracket to its lowest setting to get the correct measurement? The rear lift block is a tapered block which is 3.5inch on the short side and 4inch on the longer rear side. Do I need to mount the upper and lower brackets to get the correct spacer?

If you do not know the height added by your truck's lift kit you can measure the distance between the upper and lower brackets (without the air bag) to determine which spacer you need to fill the gap.
For a 2-inch spacer use # F2366; for a 3-inch use # F2368; for a 4-inch spacer use # F2370; for a 5-inch spacer use # F2373; for a 6-inch use # F2374.
If your current lift block is tapered (from 3-1/2 to 4-inches tall) you'll probably be best off using the 4-inch spacer block # F2370.
