Hitch Bike Racks Recommendations for Class I Hitch Type on 2008 Honda Accord
Question:
Hi I have a Class 1 hitch from curt on a accord 2008. I only plan to carry two adult small size bikes at most. Is there any hitch type rack suitable?

With a Class I hitch like on your 2008 Honda Accord one of the biggest factors to worry about is the combined weight of the bikes and the rack. From what I found your Accord's maximum tongue weight is only 100 pounds so the total of both bikes and the rack have to stay under that.
It doesn't sound like your bikes are overly heavy compares to others so a good solid rack for you is the Swagman XC, part # S64650. It's a platform rack, which is easier to load than hanging racks, and it weighs less than 30 pounds. I've linked a video showing it off a bit more. The biggest downside to the XC is that it doesn't include locks but you can add hitch and cable locks using part # S64031.
I have also included a link that will show you all of the hitch bike racks we carry that are compatible with your Class I hitch.
