Does this hitch fit the newly redesigned 2016 Mazda CX-9? I thought there may have been some confusion over which model year this hitch applied to.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 76020 is designed specifically for the Mazda CX-9 for 2016 and newer.

This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2 inch receiver opening.

The Curt hitch part #C13284 has the best clearance for a bike rack to fit past the rear bumper. It has 5 inches from it's pin hole out to the furthest edge of the rear bumper whereas the Draw Tite #76020 has 7 inches.
