I recently puchased the Titan T484300 brakes and hub/rotor, however the calipers are much different than what I took off. Is there an instruction manual to consult so I get this right the first time?

Installation of the Titan Disc Brake Assembly, item # T10HREKITBB, is fairly straight forward. You attach the mounting bracket, included in the kit, to your axles brake mounting flange. Then the rotor/Hub is installed on the trailer spindle with the bearings seal and bearing buddy. Finally the disc brake caliper is attached to the mounting bracket and the brake line is installed to the caliper.

Yes the kit you need is the part #T10HREKITBB that you referenced which you'd need two sets of since you have a tandem axle trailer. This does come with the correct bearings and seal too which would be all that you'd need.
