How Does a Brake Controller Wire to a Motorhome

I have a motor home Tradewings 1998 37 feet long Pusher, Motor is fuel engin Custom turbo freightliner frame with air break I have a horse trailer with 4 wells electric break how to connect all this and wire all that. I use a curt module break controller. I need your help Thank you for the interest

Sounds like your trailer has electric brakes already and you are just looking for a way to wire up your Curt brake controller in the motorhome.

Wiring up a brake controller is pretty easy actually. It's just a matter of running 4 wires. You would want to run the white wire to the negative side of the vehicle battery, the black wire to the positive, the red wire to circuit on your brake pedal switch that sees voltage only when the brakes are applied and then the blue wire back to the brake output circuit on your trailer 7-way.
