I have a solution for you, but we do not carry any leaf springs that are 1-1/4 inches wide. It is possible that the springs are specific to the trailer manufacturer or came from a specific application.

Based on the dimensions you provided, the closest match we have is the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e59SR. This leaf spring measures 23-1/8 inches from center of eye to center of eye. This spring is 1-3/4 inches wide.

If you do not have room to add a wider spring to your spring hangers, I have attached a link to all of our suspension kits for 1-3/4 inch wide springs. These kits will include hangers for both sides of the trailer, since it is recommended to replace all the springs as the same time.

Our most popular kit for a single axle trailer is the Redline Single-Axle Trailer hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs # APS1. The hangers in this kit measures 1-1/2 inches for the front and 1/8 inches tall for the rear hangers. The shackle straps are 3-1/8 inches. This kit is designed to be used with axles between 2,000 - 7,000 pounds.

The # e59SR double eye spring is designed for use on trailer with an axle capacity of 3,500 pounds.

If the axle capacity for this spring doesn't match your snowmobile trailer's axle capacity, you can let me know the capacity for your trailer and I'll be happy to make a recommendation.

I have also attached a help article on double-eye springs for you.
