Locking Hitch Pin for Yakima # Y02443 HoldUp Bike Rack

We are looking to purchase the Stainless Steel Locking, Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin for 2inch Trailer Hitches. We would be using it with our Yakima Holdup 2inch bike rack # Y02443. I read you may have a replacement pin that might work for us to use your lock with this bike rack? I do hope so. Thanks!

If the threaded insert in the shank of your HoldUp is removable, you can remove it and use the # SR25219. If the insert isn't removable, the pin included with the Softride lock won't be compatible. Bike rack manufactures thread their bike rack hitch pin holes specific to their own products. They will not typically make their products compatible with products from other manufacturers.

If the insert isn't removable, you'd need to use the Yakima hitch lock, part # Y07235 with the hitch bolt that came with the rack. If you no longer have the pin, the replacement is part # Y8890200.
