The trailer hitches we offer for your Colorado are designed to fit all models. With that being said, if you modify the truck in any manner, you do run the risk that a hitch may not be able to be installed.
I have attached a photo of the underside of a Colorado with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75607 installed. I noted with arrows some of the places you may have issues with since you have a pan installed. You can check out the photo and determine if a hitch will work for your truck. I have also attached a photo of the hitch and noted the measurements for the mounting holes and the distance from the flange that attaches to the underside of the truck frame to the top of the crossbar of the hitch.
