Troubleshooting Why Trailer Lights No Longer Work
Question:
the trailer lights ok when towing boat yesterday. Connected trailer cable today... no lights, no brake,signal or running lights. is there a fuse for all lights. where is it located. this is a factory setup.

It does sound like you have a blown fuse or bad relay in your vehicle. You can find the fuse panel legend in your owner's manual or ask your dealership where the trailer towing fuse is located. There may be separate fuses used for trailer lighting.
If the fuses and relays check out okay you will want to check the vehicle and the trailer connectors and wiring to make sure they have not been damaged or possibly had the ground wire come loose.
