You should have no problem going with a ST175/80R-13 over a ST165R13. The tire will only be about 10 mm's wider and 16 mm's taller. You might double check your clearances if they are close, but most likely you would have the necessary clearance for the additional width and height.

For that you would want the part # AM10210.
