Recommended Trailer Hitch and Trailer Wiring Harness for 2012 Ford Escape
Question:
What are the part numbers I need , especially the lighting I do not have backup sensors or a current tow package. I do not see the plug under driver side rear bumper

The Draw-Tite Class III hitch you referenced, part # 75751 would be an excellent choice.
Since you do not have the back up sensors or the tow package, use part # 118551. I've linked you to installation videos showing the hitch and the wiring being installed on a 2012 Escape. Both the hitch and wiring are compatible with Hybrid models.
For a ball mount, use part # AMSC2 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
