The Rhino Rack Heavy Duty Crossbar Roof Rack, which consists of the # RB1375 crossbars, the # RRRLKHD roof rack legs and the # DK228 clamp kit would be a fit for a 2007 Ford Edge.

You'll want to be careful about opening the sunroof with the roof rack in place. The rack or accessories mounted on it might interfere with the operation of the sunroof.

Although the crossbars themselves have a 140 lb weight capacity, you might be limited by the roof capacity of the vehicle if it's capacity is less. I'd recommend you go with a different crossbar, like the Vortex Aero, part # RRVA137B-2 for black or # RRVA137S-2 for silver. These crossbars have the same weight capacity, and would be compatible with a wider selection of accessories.

The crossbars are 54 inches long, and what can be carried on the roof rack would be limited by its weight and by the width of the canoe and the bikes. Yakima makes a reasonably priced canoe carrier, part # Y04069 which also includes the straps to fasten the canoe to the crossbars and the bow and stern tie downs. A bike rack like the Rhino Rack SQR, part # RBC035 would work well with the Vortex Aero roof rack I mentioned.
