I have a 2010 open range bumper pull trailer can i put a hitch on it an pulll a golf cart

If the frame of your trailer is between 22 and 72 inches in width the Curt Hitch part # 13703 that you referenced would work great as a hitch. This hitch has a 3,500 lb trailer weight capacity which should be more than enough for the weight of a golf cart, but you will want to check with the manufacturer of your trailer to determine what the towing capacity is for the trailer and be sure not to exceed this figure.
