Great service! From the time I placed the order until I received the product was only a few days.
I had a simple request, I wanted a spare key for my Yakima roof rack which I had purchased used. I tried Yakima initially, but in spite of their claim that they value customer service, they were unable to process my order claiming an irregularity with my credit card address. It works fine everywhere else, but Yakima could not process it and were rather unfriendly about declining. A google search turned up etrailer where I could process the entire order on line and use a paypal account to complete the transaction. This worked flawlessly and I received the additional keys within a few days. Thanks etrailer. Next racks I buy will be yours.

I lost my original keys for yakima roof racks. I tried ordering from yakima for weeks and their response was that they were out of stock. Im gtateful to etrailer. The keys they sent worked like the originals. I called in my order and the customer service was stellar. Thank you etrailer!
The keys I purchased were exact factory replacement. It had the Yakima SKS stamped along with the key code. This made accurate replacement possible. Shipping was also very timely.

These can't can't be copied at my local hardware store. I'm lucky etrailer had my 3 different yakima keys in stock. All 3 worked perfect.
Product? I got sent the 2 Yakima keys that I ordered. I was happy I could purchase from you since Yakima.com, was out of one of them.
This is the factory key, just cheaper here at e-trailer than any other place I could locate one.
