    According to my research, your Newmar Kountry Star uses a Workhorse W-22 chassis, which would use the # RM-1259-108 Rear Anti-Sway Bar. Unless your motorhome uses a Firestone Ride-Rite air suspension kit, everything needed to install the Roadmaster anti-sway bar is included. If your motorhome does use the Firestone Ride Rite air suspension, an additional bracket kit, part # RM-590054-00 will need to be welded to the bottom of the air bag bracket. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-108 has a 1-1/2" bar diameter and the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-109 has a 1-3/4" bar diameter.     For that model year, Roadmaster offers a few different fits, but I was unable to confirm which Workhorse chassis your Itasca 35U motorhome used. For W22 and W24 chassis motorhomes that are 33 feet or longer, use # RM-1259-109 or for W20, W22 or W24 chassis under 33 feet long, use # RM-1259-108.   • Should Roadmaster Trac Bar or Steering Stabilizer be Used to Improve Steering on W22 Chassis
    The front trac bar that comes in the Roadmaster Kit # RM-1259-106 that you referenced will do the same job as a steering stabilizer but won't be as effective. For the best of both worlds I recommend going with the front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-105 and the Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK13-RSSA. The trac bar is a piece of metal that adds stability while the stabilizer uses a spring to push you back to a neutral position.
