Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Lippert Replacement Extension Rod. This is going to replace the extension rod for your Solera RV Slide-Out Awnings made before 2022. The slide toppers made before 2022 have brackets designed for the hex shaped extension bars, as you can see we have here. So, this is going to work with those.
Because this is coming from Lippert, the original manufacturer for your Solera Awnings, you can trust this is gonna fit right in place of that original, no worries about compatibility issues or anything like that. You can see it is a white color. And our overall dimension, we're looking at approximately 18 and five eights of an inch long. So, if you are needing to replace that extension rod for your Solera RV Slide-Out, this is gonna be what you need. That completes our look for today.

Got these to replace the ones on my 31' Class C Winnebago. Tried to open the slider with kayaks on the roof and a ratchet strap attached to the awning bracket and forgot about the strap. Bent the original hex shaped rods badly. Ordered these from etrailer.com and they were a perfect fit. Probably saved a thousand bucks doing it myself. Thank you etrailer.com!

The bars on my slide topper were pretty bad with one of them bent way up and the other bent in. They are a&e brand, but these bars fit perfectly. Replaced them both with these and they are perfect. Good quality and look great.

The hex of the 18-5/8" Replacement Awning Extension Rod # LC3452071 measures 3/4". I took a measurement of the distance from the hole to the end of the rod as well and that was 5/8".
