The original installed Dometic Vacu Flush toilet in my three year old RV was very noisy....a pounding noise. I searched the internet looking for a solution but found none so decided to purchase a complete new system....I understand that perhaps the new system has a muted sound making it more tolerable.
I have not installed yet but am hopeful.
I will state to this point that etrailer has been very accommodating....they stand behind their products....I had a problem with the original shipment and they corrected it immediately. I am sold on the customer service provided and trust the new system will solve the noise problem.

I received the product in the promised delivery time and unit cost. When it arrived, I was very disappointed by the condition of the shipping container. The cardboard box was damaged, partially open, part of the system I purchased was loose in the box. Package should have had much more stablized packing, this appears to be the packing and shipping department issue. I just hope the component system is OK with no cracks or leaks. Shipping QC should be improved.1220470

I was excited to get my product quickly it came ready to go to be plugged in. I took the advice of a customer earlier who bought this product and I mounted it to a piece of plywood which will make it easier to take out in service should I ever need to do that. It is tight quarters for an old fat guy. So with the help of my grandson oh and he was able to go back on the old product take out the screws and help me get the old stuff out. I wished I had taken pictures but I totally got into it and just wanted to get it done. So far everything seems really good and I were excited to takeoff and go camping and give it a good try. Really thankful for all the help from the staff especially Ashley820312
