Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The edges of the pre-galvanized parts often lose their zinc coating during the stamping process. Because of the thinness of the coating (less than 1 mil) and the fact that the edges remain exposed, pre-galvanized parts can begin to oxidize and rust quickly, so it's recommended that they be primed and painted.

great quality stock material - strong and will not bend. I ordered one to meet my needs and it is not as long (when measured around its circumference of its' diameter) as the one that was left on the trailer. I am using it none the less since a fender serves more a visual than functional purpose. I am very happy with what I have.
Quality product, solid gauge metal. Replaced my old galvanized trailer fenders perfectly once welded in. Galvanization a bit weak, so used 2 coats ZRC Cold Galvanizing compound both sides after welding on to further life expectancy.
I am very happy with the trailer fender that I ordered. Mike B was very helpful with processing my order and I was shocked as how quickly I received it. The fender will be put on a boat trailer to protect the boat from flying gravel etc. I have bought from etrailer.com before and I was just as happy then as I am now with their customer service. The fender is an outstanding buy for the price and is of excellent quality. I also bought the brackets recommended for this fender and they are also of the best quality and fit perfectly. Installation was easy; just buy the correct hardware and drill a few holes. I couldn't end this without saying the dealer (etrailer.com) was one of the best online retailers I have ever dealt with. Shipping was done immediately and arrival was quicker than I would have asked for. Overall rating for the dealer and product is EXCELLENT. I will soon replace the other fender with the same one so they match better.

Nice Fenders. A blown tire wiped out my originals but these are great replacements ~ I could not go plastic! thanks for the product in steel.
The fender is exactly what I needed for my project.
I did however have to contact customer service to figure out the exact Radius/Diameter of the fender. But cutomer service was very prompt and knolagable.

I'm converting a PTO log splitter to self powered with its own engine. I had to weld up an axle for the torsion suspension and initially had no way to mount these fenders until I rigged up a short section of angle iron to stand in for a trailer frame. I didn't buy the brackets but ended up making basically the same thing when I custom bent some flat stock to support the fenders. Buying the brackets would have been lots easier but hindsight is 20-20! I think I'll leave them unpainted since they turned out so nice.
Trailer fenders arrived within 3 day as promised, quality was perfect, exact fit/ form replacement at the best price on internet with free shipping. I Used clamps to align on original brackets, marked holes with a sharpie, then Drilled and installed the pair in 45 minutes Suggest including or selling separately a hardware kit. Spent more time going out to buy galvanized fasteners than entire installation process

Exactly what I ordered and it came when they estimated it would arrive.
Great product, replaced the old rusted brackets, rails and plastic fenders with new galvanized brackets and fenders and beat up rails.
After looking at various vendors with no success I tried etrailer.com. I'm pleased to report these fenders are formed well without warps, rust or ragged edges and are a good fit over the 12" wheels on my boat trailer. The shipping box was sturdy and well sealed.
Sturdy heavy gauge steel will not wobble at highway speeds and will hold up well to rocks coming up off dirt roads in rural areas.

I don't have any issues with the quality of these fenders. They'll work well for what I need once I can work on this. Got caught up in the fire in Washington state so priority got put on hold for a bit.
