  I have a solution for you, but the Curt Multi-Fit Hitch # C13900 is not a confirmed fit on your 1992 F-150. If you have a standard bumper on your F-150 you can use the Curt # 14001 and if you've got a deep-drop bumper you'll want to use the Curt # C13099. Both of these hitches will require drilling into the frame of the vehicle during installation, but that is going to be required with all of the hitches that are confirmed on your vehicle.
