Does the #C13900 fit on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I have a solution for you, but the Curt # C13900 is a multi-fit hitch, so it would likely take some modifications and drilling for installation on your 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. For this reason I recommend instead using the Curt # C13065 which is a custom fit for your Grand Cherokee, so that means no drilling and an easy, bolt on installation to save you time and hassle. This hitch is also a Class III receiver like the C13900 and uses a concealed cross-tube that really gives it a great look when it's installed.
If you're going to be towing with your new hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For wiring I recommend using the Curt # C56009 which will tee into the wiring behind the tail lights on your vehicle and provide you with a 4 way connector for a trailer. If you have the factory towing package on your 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee you'll want to use the # C55384 since it will plug into the US car connector already present at the rear of your vehicle, behind the bumper.
To round out your towing package, I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drop, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8 and 2"), hitch pins, clips and a handy carrying case to give you everything you'll need to finish out your towing setup.
I've linked some videos of installation of these items for you to have a look at, as well.
