With the B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck trailer hitch you get the best of both worlds. When you go to tow, the Turnoverball creates a sturdy, dependable connection with your gooseneck trailer. And when you're done towing, you can stow the ball upside down in the hitch to get full bed access and a clean appearance.
The durable steel hitch ball included with the Turnoverball system secures in the hitch with a sturdy, 5/8" thick steel pin that is incorporated into the end of the operating handle. To lock the ball in place, drop it into the hitch hole in the bed of your truck. Then rotate the handle in your driver's-side wheel well counterclockwise until the latch engages. When the latch is engaged, the spring-loaded pin on the end of the handle will be inserted all the way through the base of the hitch ball, forming a strong, solid connection and ensuring absolute security when you're towing.
When you're done towing, remove the hitch ball by simply pulling the handle out as far as it will go and then rotating it clockwise until it unlatches. Remove the ball, flip it upside down, and drop it back into the ball hole of the hitch. Then reengage the latch to secure the stowed ball in place.
Unlike typical gooseneck balls - which have round bases - the Turnoverball hitch ball is designed with a square base. This makes latching the ball in the hitch easier because the base won't rotate inside of the hitch like a round base might, so lining the pin up is a snap. The base of the ball also fits tightly within the ball hole during storage. Because only the corners of the base contact the sides of the socket, any dirt or grime that gets into the hitch will fall through the socket, thus helping to prevent any buildup that could cause the ball to seize up in the hitch.
Simple, Custom Installation
This hitch is custom designed for your vehicle. The included mounting brackets bolt to existing holes in your truck's frame. While some modification is required - you will need to cut a 4" diameter hole in your bed for the hitch ball and drill holes for the built-in safety chain loops - there is no need to weld onto or to drill into your frame.
Once you have the hitch brackets and body installed, set up the operating handle. This handle is designed to be accessed from the rear driver's-side wheel well. On the end of the handle is the heavy-duty steel pin that secures the hitch ball.
B&W makes it easy to tow just about anything. With the many adapters and accessories available, the Turnoverball can be made to work with almost any gooseneck trailer. Hitch balls are available that have a built-in rise, an offset, and even a different connection type. Add on the Companion fifth-wheel hitch - which attaches directly to the Turnoverball with no other parts required - and you can tow your fifth-wheel trailer.

I bought this for my son, who moved back to the farm, and bought a good used 2002 Chevy duramax so we would have a second truck to pull cattle trailers and haul hay with a fifth wheel flat bed trailer. The B&W underbed turn over ball hitch mounted great and relatively easily. It has performed excellently. My son likes the turn over ball that allows for full use of the pickup box for other uses.
The B&W hitches are the best in the business. I have had 6 of them now from a 92 Dodge, an 07 Dmax, a 2012 HD2500, a 15 Dodge, a 19 HD2500 and a 21 Dmax and now this latest one in an 06 HD2500. I HAVE HAF ZERO ISSUES WITH ALLBOF THESE HITCHES. ZERO!!!!!!!!!.

The customer service from eTrailer is top notch. I ordered my B&W 1067 the day before New Year's Eve. I had it within 5 days including the holiday and weekend.
The B&W 1067 installed pretty easy. I did it myself in about 3 hours. I was lucky that my truck previously had a B&W 1067 installed so I didn't have to drill any holes.
The only complaint that I have is I was short 2 bolts in the hardware bag. I didn't worry with calling eTrailer; I just went and bought new ones.

Works great, easy to use and pulls my trailer without issues.
I ordered this hitch a year ago, customer service called me to verify the model of my truck and installed my self on a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500hd classic the hitch by far has been the best hitch I’ve owned. I have a 32 foot gosseneck I pull and it’s easy to hook up and holds the weight. The springs on the safety chains still work like it’s new and the best part is if I just need the bed I can pull the pin and filp the ball and have the whole bed
A very nice well built hitch. My son and I installed this hitch in 3.5 hours. The instructions were a little vague, but the video that etrailer provided for a 2001 GMC Crew Cab with a short bed, was similar to my 2003, an was very helpful. We removed the rear wheels, and had to cutout a section of heat shield, and cut a v shape in the bed. We didn't have to touch the exhaust, like the video instructed. The braces were a little tight to get in place, but weren't that difficult. We used a tractor, and chain to hold tension on the hitch while we bolted it together. All said and done, I would say make it a 2 man job, and you will be pleased with the results....
A friend recommended adding this hitch when I purchased my 5th wheel RV. It is all he said and then some. Absolutely easy to install and I'm completely satisfied with how it handles my RV. Highly recommend this hitch to anyone considering it. Great product at a great price.
Put it on a 2004 gmc 2500 hd. took a while longer to install but no holes had to be drilled. Boxes must have come apart during shipping but thank god nothing was missing. So far happy with the product
Great hitch, great directions for install. I haul hay in my truck so turnover ball is great. I would not hesitate to buy another and install it on any truck!

good quality product went together fast. was short a few bolts but made do with other grade 8 bolts. otherwise went well have not used yet but looks like will work well

Have purchased 2 of these GN - B & W Hitches for older GMC Trucks, first I paid a shop to install, was not pleased with their craftsmanship, so the second I installed myself, it’s physically demanding but one man can do it with tools & time. Very pleased with both setups
This hitch fit my 06 GMC 2500HD perfectly, detailed instructions were right on and the hitch looks and performs as advertised. Can be installed by one person but much easier with an extra set of hands
Hitch was excellent, and the installation video was incredibly helpful.....in fact, the video was so helpful I only needed the instructions to get the torque settings for the bolts.....for the actual installation the video was all that was needed. Highly recommend this hitch and purchasing it from etrailer.

I really like your products. I’ve been very satisfied with the products I purchased.
I haven't installed it yet but it looks fine. The only issue is it looks like the box was thrown down a mountain and I am missing some important hardware. The powder coating is pretty beaten up in a few areas as well but it's going under my truck so no reason to get too upset. I called etrailer as soon as I opened the box and did a head count of all the parts. They are working to expedite the missing parts as quickly as possible. Great customer service reviews were the reason I went with etrailer vs. some random company from [...] and I definitely made the right decision.

Customer service was excellent. B&W product fit perfect. The only problem there were no instructions on were they wanted the washer and lock washer specifically.
Total perfection . Great American product !!!! I use it to pull fifth wheel trailers and goosenecks total ease to switch from one to the other . Easy to install .

Good quality product from B&W. I do notice with my 30’ flatbed trailer that it has some forward and back play from the square part of the ball attachment when going slow stopping and staring out. Does not seem to be as noticeable with the stock trailer. No safety concern, just some excess movement. Pleased with it overall. Thank you!
