Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at these C -clip door holder. This is just going to be a plastic holder to keep your door open while you're loading in your luggage or gear into your RV or your enclosed trailer. So we'll have our post on one side and our little C-clip on the other and as we open that up, press that post into the C-clip and that'll snap around it and hold it nice and secure. So even if there's a gust of wind or maybe we're on a little bit of an incline and especially on a RV, if we don't have our stabilizers, some place might be rocking around.

That'll still hold our door open so we don't have to worry about that slamming shut on us and whenever we're ready to close just pull it apart and that's all there is to it comes with the hardware to get this mounted.So we'll get our four screws, two for each piece here. As far as the measurements, our post is about two and three quarter inches long. The base is about two inches wide. The distance between those mounting holes. Center to center is roughly one and three eighths inches and then the width of that base is roughly five eighths of an inch.

Our other side, the C-channel is about two inches wide or two inches long by about an inch wide and then about an inch tall. The screws that it comes with about an inch long, so it should be plenty of length to get everything mounted up and not have any issues. There is covered by a lifetime warranty from JR products and that's pretty much going to do it for our look at the C clip door holder.
