We had the hitch professionally installed. We are getting some vibration from the exhaust system. We've used a section of pool noodle as a buffer, and replace it periodically. We took the bikes 1000 miles to Georgia without incident over winter.
Good Heavy duty product. I think $250 would be more inline for what you get.
Great product, vey easy to install. The only issue was that the spacing between the tab was too short. I noticed one of the tabs was slightly bowed (probably because of the welding). I had to use my hammer to straighten it and problem solved. But some of the paint chipped, so I have to touch the paint.
We had ours installed by a professional- he recommended this hitch. Works well.
