I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7194 for your 2013 Toyota Prius C. The Curt # C11276 you found will not fit your particular Prius C. The EcoHitch has the larger 2" receiver allowing for a much larger selection of hitch mounted accessories.

It is best to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56275 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is the most common connector used on small trailers you might tow. It will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you have a large hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
