The green head lamp switch wire will not be used. It would normally be used for an illumination feature which most brake controllers do not have. Just tape it up and stow it out of the way.

Most normal towing situations where you are under the capacity of the vehicle wouldn't require that though. From what I found online though it looks like your vehicle has a 5,000 lb capacity.
