I can certainly provide the link for Curt Trailer hitch, # 13445, installation instructions for your 2008 Toyota 4Runner. To complete your towing set up the recommended ball mount is # C45010 for use with ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), # 19247 (2 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter). For wiring, you would need Upgraded Circuit Protected Taillight Converter Hardwire Kit, # 119178KIT. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation of this wiring harness along with the link to the hitch installation instructions.
