In order to replace the bearings or the hubs there are a few things we would need to know. First, you can check the bearing numbers on your camper and we can tell what you would need as a replacement.
If you cannot read the numbers on your bearings you can use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 to measure the spindle where the bearings ride and also measure the inside dimension of the hub you have and we can find a replacement for you.

Yes, the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578 contains enough wire to run to your battery through the interior of your 2018 Toyota RAV4. As far as the maximum gross towing weight rating of your 2013 Toyota RAV4, you are correct that it is only rated for 1,500 pounds.

Based on what I can see online though, the 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium AWD does indeed have a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 150 lbs. I spoke with my Curt representative, who tells me that using the hitch as a lifting point is not recommended, as the hitch is not intended or designed for this purpose. According to the owners manual for the 2013 Rav4, the only recommended jacking points are the the notched areas in the pinch weld behind the rocker panel just behind the front wheel and just ahead of the rear wheel.

I took a look at the online copy of the owner's manual for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 and it did not list a maximum tongue weight capacity. The tongue weight is meant to be around 10 percent to 15 percent when towing a trailer, like you said, but our only source for capacities is the owner's manual, and this one does not specify a hard limit.

There are several things we will need to know in order to give you a good recommendation. What does the connector look like on the trailer you are planning on towing. From the research I have found that the RAV4 has a maximum towing capacity of 1,500 lbs.
