We haven't done a test fit on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime so don't have that info offhand, but it's pretty easy to figure out. You'll just need to take a quick measurement to see if your rear hatch can fully open without interference with the Thule Motion XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box - Titan Glossy # TH629807 or Black Glossy # TH629806.

All you need to do is measure from the center of your RAV4's front crossbar to the line where the roof and your hatch meet. If this measurement is 51-1/4 inches or more, then your rear hatch will open without interference using the Motion XT XL.

If you don't have quite that much room, the next size down is the Motion XT L, which has 16 cu ft of cargo space instead of 18 cu ft of the XT XL. This cargo box requires that measurement to be 47-1/2 inches, and the part numbers for that box are the Thule Motion XT L Rooftop Cargo Box - Titan Glossy # TH629707 or Black Glossy # TH629706.
