Can I Route the Power Wire For The Tekonsha T-One Through the Interior Of My 2018 Toyota RAV4?

Question:

With this kit, is there enough wire to run it through the interior of vehicle and through the firewall to the battery instead of underneath the car? Drivers or passenger side? I read that the firewall grommet on the passenger side is easier to access than on the drivers side. I just dont feel entirely comfortable running it underneath. TIA

Yes, the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578 contains enough wire to run to your battery through the interior of your 2018 Toyota RAV4. They include enough wire knowing that everyone will route their wiring differently. I have linked a installation video below that shows there is still excess wire with routing it around the frame and up to the battery.

I would still run it up the drivers side since the module and battery are mounted on the drivers side of your RAV4.
