The Draw-Tite Hitch item # 24963 comes with four M10 X 1.25 X 30 CL10.9 bolts. The best way to prep the weldnuts on your 2018 Hyundai Ioniq is to clean them out with a wire brush.

There are bike racks that will work with either the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24963 or Curt Trailer Hitch # C11486 that fit your 2019 Hyundai Ioniq (non-electric), but the Thule Helium Pro 2 9042PRO very likely will not.

Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24963 weighs all of 20 pounds. The Saris SuperClamp EX # SA4025F weighs 35 pounds. So you could place 55 pounds in your 2018 Hyundai Ioniq's storage area and see if that affects mileage. I believe that it would have a minimal impact if it is even measurable in the short term.
The only other option for carrying bikes with this vehicle would be a roof rack and that will definitely affect the mileage.

According to my research the 2021 and 2022 model years for the Hyundai Ioniq are pretty much identical so both the Curt # C11486 and Draw-Tite # 24963 Class I hitches will fit just fine on your 2022 model. None of the custom fit hitches like the # C11486 are able to fit the PHEV model of the 2022 Hyundai Ioniq. For your 2017 Hyundai Ioniq the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11486 is a confirmed fit unless you have the all electric model. There is not a trailer hitch that will fit the model that is all electric, but the hybrid models have a fit.

Since you have the electric version of the 2018 Hyundai Ioniq the only solution we have for carrying bikes will be with a roof rack since none of our hitches are a fit and we also do not have any trunk racks.
So for a roof rack we have the Yakima CoreBar Rack part numbers # Y00421, # Y28TR, # Y06175, and # Y06111 which is a confirmed fit and would work great. These bars are aero shaped so you'll have minimal wind noise and this rack is very easy to install as well.
