Solution for Transporting Bikes with 2018 Hyundai Ioniq Electric

Im looking for a hitch to fit my 2018 Electric Ioniq to support a bicycle rack. I have no intention to tow a trailer. Will your etrailer fit the Electric? If not can you recommend a hitch that will fit?

Expert Reply:
Since you have the electric version of the 2018 Hyundai Ioniq the only solution we have for carrying bikes will be with a roof rack since none of our hitches are a fit and we also do not have any trunk racks.
So for a roof rack we have the Yakima CoreBar Rack part numbers # Y00421, # Y28TR, # Y06175, and # Y06111 which is a confirmed fit and would work great. These bars are aero shaped so you'll have minimal wind noise and this rack is very easy to install as well.
Then for bike racks we have the FrontLoader part # Y02103 which will allow you to leave the front wheel installed during transport.
