The best option we offer for carrying an e-bike on a 2018 Hyundai Ioniq is with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # TH903202. This rack is class I rated which you will need for this vehicle and can hold a bike up to 65 lbs. Therefore, it sounds like you might need to remove the battery to get it under this capacity as there are no other higher rated options for this hitch class due to the design of the vehicle. If you don't already have a hitch I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11486.
