We do have roof cargo baskets that have crossbars built into them so that you can mount a kayak carrier but there isn't a way to do that with the Rhino Rack you mentioned. Instead you'd want the Yakima OffGrid Roof Basket part # Y07138 which comes with two round crossbars that you could attach a kayak carrier to like with the Yakima JayLow part # Y04073 which is a J-style carrier that can fold down when not needed or also carry two kayaks.
