It's pretty common that a trailer hitch will have a greater capacity than the vehicle itself. For liability reasons, the hitch companies would rather have the vehicle itself be the failure point than the hitch they manufacture.

The easiest way to tell the differencve between LED and incandescent lights is the physical appearance of the lights. If you have bulbs in the housing and inside the bulb are vertical wires with wires connecting them they are incandescent.
Another way to be able to tell is when you turn the lights off do they go out immediately then they are LEDs, or if they take just a moment to go off, then they are incandescent.

I checked with Thule to confirm and our fit guide does match theirs and the OutWay # TH45JV is a fit for the 2014 Mazda CX-5.
However, the CX-5 is likely to have that top spoiler or trim piece at the top of the rear hatch. I recommend only 1 bike rack for vehicles that have that feature, the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack # HRF2. Always follow the vehicle owners manual if it states the towing capacity is rated lower than the hitch. In some cases, a vehicle may have a higher capacity than the hitch and in those cases you would go by the lower hitch capacity. The rule is that you always go by the lowest rated component in the system so for your Mazda CX-5 that would be the vehicle itself.

The Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17 would be a great choice. It basically can fit all bikes as long as the tire width is less than 6-1/2 inches wide. You will also need tie-downs like tie downs # EM05729.

The install process for the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch part # C13315 is actually pretty simple and you do not need to remove your bumper. The only part that you need to remove is the small plastic trim piece that is on the bottom side of your fascia. Once removed you will not be re-installing it. I would try to install the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket part # 18140 on the underside of your Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76138, similar to what you see in the attached photo. The bracket may also need to be bent down some towards the ground. This is a universal bracket so there may need to be some slight modifications in order to make this work for you.
