Today we're going to review part number TL35TB. This is the Optronics 3" by 5" Rectangular Tractor and Utility Light with a Trapezoidal Beam. This is a clear, rectangular light that functions as a tractor or utility light. The pattern of it is a trapezoidal beam. It has a durable black molded plastic housing. It does easily mount by this stud on the bottom of the light. Once you mount this down you can adjust it to what angle you'd like.
Then just tighten the bolt to secure it in that position. It is a two wire design. As you can see it has the red power wire and the black ground wire. A few dimensions on this, it's about 6-5/8" long, about 4-5/16" tall and about 4" deep. It does have an incandescent light which draws about 12.5 amps at 12 volts and it does come with a limited 3 year warranty. That warranty does exclude the bulbs. What I'm going to do now is hook this up to a 12 volt power supply so we can show you the brightness of the light.
What we're going to do is take the red, hook it up to our power. We'll take the black and hook it up to our ground. Now with both of them hooked up we'll go ahead and turn off our overhead lights, go ahead and turn on our power and you can see with the power on it is a nice bright light and again it gives a trapezoidal beam, so what it means is when it's mounted up high it'll shoot a beam down onto the ground and far. We'll go ahead and turn off our power, turn back on our overhead lights. That should do it for the review on part number TL35TB. I ordered a new spotlight for my horse trailer after I'd knocked the original one off by getting too close to the "carriage house".
