Bright yellow color stands out so you don't forget about them.Just what I was looking for. Tapped a couple of holes in each one and mounted to my 4 seat RZR trailer. No more guessing where to stop for proper tire tie downs.Spot on each load. When not in use, fold them down.
These wheel chocks are great! They are easy to pack since they fold up, are bright yellow so it’s hard NOT to see them, and most of all they work great for standard size car/truck/trailer tires (under 17”).
A bonus is that once in place I lock a wire cable through the rim and through the chock as an added “security measure” for would-be trailer thieves (although they are not designed for that purpose). Great Product!
I have a double axle boat trailer with surge brakes. I rent a U-Haul Pickup to launch in Spring and retrieve in Fall. Some trucks have a 7 pin connector that I have an adapter for (etrailer 7 to flat 5) . This Falls rental will have a flat 4 and will not operate the electric valve that prevents the brakes from coming on when backing. It will take wheel chocks to "stretch the trailer tongue" to insert the brake lockout tab. These chocks will hold the trailer while this happens. I hope never to use them dealing with a flat tire. They are compact and come with a nice storage box. etrailer product videos on even the smallest parts are great and beyond every other vendor.
WOW! I wanted to purchase a really strong ball mount and this one exceeds my expectations! I also purchased in my order the folding wheel chocks which were made of metal. My plan is to mount those permanently on my car hauler trailer so that when I put the car on, I just drive up against these chocks. This makes loading my car super easy. Heavy steel construction, easy to fold/unfold, and a strong storage box. I am very much satisfied with these wheel chocks and would recommend them to anyone.
My 1978 Datsun 810 station wagon came with a set of these, and I kept them until one got lost. Always liked the idea of using at least one to prevent the vehicle from rolling or moving when having to change a tire. Ordered a set of these as additions to put in my other vehicles.
