Today we're going to be taking a look at the Blaylock Aluminum Wheel Chock. This is a heavy duty wheel chock that's going to help keep your parked truck RV or trailer in place, you can even use it on inclines. We're going to have the ridges right here on the face of the chock that's going to provide traction against the tire, which is going to help keep your truck or trailer in place. Nice contour design is really going to fit the curve of the tire. Then here on the bottom it's going to feature some teeth right here on the back side, it's really going to dig into the surface that you're using this on and provide increased grip, making sure that it doesn't shift or move around when force or weight is applied against the chock. This is going to be made from aircraft grade aluminum construction. It's very strong and durable. It's highly resistant towards rust and corrosion, so it's going to last a long time.
It's also got a nice light weight construction to it, light weight design, so it only weighs five and a half pounds. It's got the nice wide hand grip which makes it very easy to move around and transport, to make sure that you get it in place, and then when you're ready to remove it, it allows you to easily do that. So, really nice design. Hollow design so that way it can be stacked if you have multiples of these wheel chocks. This part is going to include one chock, it's made right here in the U.S.A. A few dimensions to go over with you real quick. First set of dimensions is going to be overall dimensions.
So measuring the overall width from outer edge to outer edge, we're looking at about eight and a half inches. If we take that measurement here on the backside it's going to be a little bit greater, about an eighth of an inch or so, so we're looking about eight and five eights of an inch. The overall length measuring from front to back, that's going to give a measurement of about eleven and five eighths of an inch long. Then the height here at the backside, that's going to give a measurement of almost seven inches, measures a little bit closer to six than seven eighths of an inch tall. Now you can see here that the ridges at the bottom are a little bit wider than the ridges at the top. So we take a measurement here at he top, the ridges are going to be about six and a half inches.
Here at the bottom, we're looking at about seven and a half inches. It's got the platform area here on top, that's going to give us a measurement of six and a half inches by four and three eighths of an inch. Again, this is a nice design. Aluminum construction. Very strong and durable. Again, this is going to come with one wheel chock so if you need multiple, then you'll need to purchase multiple since this part number only comes with one.

I think they are nice. Large. Pretty strong. You have one above this. Model I believe it’s like $60 or 70. I believe for a commercial vehicle that would probably be better. But over all the ones I got are good
