The online video gave us the info we needed to make our decision. The rack goes together easily. It is sturdy and well made.

This rack came with all of the parts included and had very good instructions on how to assemble. My husband was able to put it all together within an hour. Missing a majority of nuts and bolts so was unable to assemble. Came quickly but now sitting in garage. Seems solid.
Awesome product. It is super stable. I use it for 2 kayaks and my cargo box and got the hooks for the other side for all of my paddles and pfds. I recommend getting the locking caster kit.

This is a great storage rack. We have it at our lake front. I really helped clean things up. We have 2 Kayak's on top and a surf board on the bottom.
Etrailer is great! The ordering was easy, it arrived earlier than expected and it was packaged to protect it. It was also a great price. This kayak rack is solid and well built. It took me less than one hour to assemble it by myself. The only problem is now I have to clean up the garage to place it in the right spot.
Adam at E-trailor was excellent to work with, as well as very helpful. Company customer service was excellent. The rack is well built. It holds my three kayaks well. However, it needs to have paper instructions in box for entire set up, not just parts of set up.
