Now this part is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2009 to 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks, excluding the crew cab models. It'll allow you to install a fifth wheel to your truck bed. The kit will include everything laid out here on the table. It includes these custom fit side-mounting brackets, the base rails, all the hardware you need for installation, and a nice set of detailed instructions that'll describe how it all goes together. Now these side-mounting brackets, these are custom fit brackets. They're designed to mount beneath your truck bed, and they provide the attachment points for these fifth wheel rails to attach to.
These do have a black powder coat finish on them, they resist corrosion, and they'll provide a custom fit by mounting to existing holes in your vehicle's frame. If you notice, these brackets will have holes drilled in them. Those holes are designed to line up with the holes in the vehicle's frame so it minimizes the amount of drilling that's required.
