Trimmer Rack
This rack mounts on your utility trailer so that you can safely transport 2 trimmers.
Simply place your trimmer or Weedeater horizontally in one of the hasp latches, and rest it on the vinyl-coated hook of the opposite tower.
The hasp latches can be secured in place with the included carabiners. Simply replace the 2 carabiners with 2 padlocks (sold separately) to lock your trimmers in place on the rack.
Simple Installation
The width of the rack can be easily adjusted. Each upright attaches to the top crossbar. This crossbar has multiple predrilled holes so that you can easily attach the uprights where you want them. Place the uprights closer together for short trimmers, or position them farther apart to hold long trimmers.
Once you set the rack's width, you can install the 2 mounting plates that the bottoms of the uprights attach to. These plates mount on your trailer's floor with the included wood screws.
The uprights clip into the mounting plates with the included snapper pins. Simply replace the snapper pin on each upright with a locking pin (sold separately) to keep the rack locked in place on your trailer. You can quickly unclip (or unlock) each upright to remove the rack from your trailer when it's not in use.
Additional brackets mount on the side rails of your trailer to support the uprights. These brackets easily clamp in place with no drilling required.
Just mount the brackets the same distance apart as the mounting plates, and slide the uprights into them.

Speaker 1: Today you're going to be getting a look at the lockable, dual trimmer rack for truck bed side rails, and open utility trailers, part number 288-01811. This rack is the perfect addition to your landscaping truck or trailer. It'll hold two trimmers, or weed whackers with the option to secure them with a padlock. You could pick up two padlocks with part number 141T.The lockable hasps secure individually, allowing you to remove one trimmer or weed wacker at a time. Compared to other trimmer racks that permanently installed, this one can be easily removed when not in use. Simply loosen up the set screws on each side, and remove the pins.
Then you can just lift it out of place. If you're not going to be using for a while, you can even remove the side rail brackets. Simply loosen up the clamps, take them off, and it comes right off. The only permanent part of the installation is the base here, it does come with hardware to attach it to you wood trailer. If you're putting it in your truck bed, you will have to provide your own hardware.It does have pre-drilled holes, if you'd like to permanently install the side rail brackets.
You will have to provide your own hardware. It's made out of a sturdy steel construction, with a black powder coat finish. So it's going to stand up the elements, and resist rust and corrosion. The vinyl coated hooks are going to prevent your tools from getting scratched. It's 47 inches tall, and it's adjustable between 18 and 24 inches in width.The mounting holes are an inch apart, giving us four points of adjustability.
Now, loading up your trimmer or weed wacker is easy. You'll want to first, undo you carabiner or padlock, whichever one you'll be using, then we'll lower down the hasp. Then we'll set our head in place. We'll rest it into the cradle. We'll go underneath the keeper, then we'll bring it up in front of the trigger or grip, raise up our hasp.

I have a lawn and Pressure Wash business with dedicated trailers set up for each side of my business. I've used Stallion Trailer Organizer Believe it or not on my Pressure Wash trailer to hold my 19" Whisper Wash Clsssic Surface cleaner, and a Pressure ash gun/wand. It holds them securely and works perfectly. I have other washers all the time compliment how clean, and secure my set up looks. Thank you for a great product.

Very easy to install and will be a great addition to my flat bed trailer. Would have given it a 5 star review if the cable for the carabiner was long enough to actually use. I plan on having locks on my most of the time, but for transporting empty it would have been nice to have the option to have it retained vice now having to store the carabiner.

This is a quality product, well made. I had to make some installation modifications to fit my Big Tex trailer. Was not a problem though. I like that I can run a cable thru it and easily lock up my equipment.

Does its job-mostly,, Protective Rubber cover on curved holder wore out after 6 months... Am looking into welding an attachment onto the rack because the trimmer heads always vibrate upside down and all their gas leaks out. What sense does it make to produce something for a small business if you cant keep that businesses assets (money for gas/oil) protected.. Makes the rack wasteful to use. Disappointed in the execution of the rack. Jam nuts also vibrate loose.. I advise blue or red locktite....simple install.... sturdy.,, just lacking in engineering.

Product arrived quickly and in good shape. It was easy to put together and install on my trailer. Depending on your trailer set up, will depend on how you mount the bottom plate. For wooden trailer decking, using provided screws works well. My trailer has a metal grate -type decking, so I had to use some worm-gear straps to tighten down bottom plate. After owning it for about a year, it has worn well. Minimal rust. I like the option to remove it from the trailer easily, if I need to haul something larger. It is a great option to store your weedeater. My gas powered leaf-trimmer also fits on the rack.

Doesn't fit on my trailer without modification so bolt on is no longer true. Metal seems solid as well as the brackets and other hardware. Bummer it wouldn't just bolt in but because of my trailers floor I am going to weld it in.

All of our trimmer racks like the Lockable Dual Trimmer Rack for Open Utility Trailers # 288-01811 are bolt-on. So, you'd either need to run a bolt through the tube on your trailer, or you'll need to run U bolts around the tube.

- Is There a Removable Shovel Holder for Open Utility TrailersThe only type of shovel rack we offer for open utility trailers is the Pack'Em Rack for Open Utility Trailers part # PK-BM-23-OP1 which allows for up to six straight-handle shovels to be carried. It will be bolted directly to the side rails and is not easily removable. There isn't a version of the Lockable Dual Trimmer Rack for Open Utility Trailers part # 288-01811 for shovels though you could still use this for that with some small modifications if you wanted.

Acceptable. My Stihl trimmers tend to roll over in the cradle and fuel leaks out when full heat expansion. Firm foam or rubber s might prevent this new product stream?.
