Package arrived in a timely manner and came with good high quality parts and instructions. Relatively easy to install for those mechanically inclined. Held up through a few good trips, only used about 10 times before vehicle get wrecked. Other than not using daily I never had any worry with this hitch. Also had a low profile and didn't interfere with the bumper at all. Recommend 100%
Easy install with the online video at etrailer. I followed the video exactly and it took about 1 hour to install. Item feels solid and almost looks like a factory install.
Very easy to install quickly about an hour maybe less have not tried yet still need to install all wiring,exited to try out.

Ok I ordered this hitch for the looks as I didn't like the other one. The website says it takes 50 min to install...I did it in 45 min!
The website says difficulty 5 out of 10...I rate it a 3 only because I don't have a lift so I installed it on my back..
All in all I recommend this hitch. Great instructions and the video on the website was spot on.DON'T be put off by the drilling it was easy to do I did it with a cordless drill.
6 new nuts and 4 bolts alot easter than 6 rush ones to deal with
This couldn't have been easier. Bought the hitch on Saturday, received it TODAY (3 business days later) and installed it in about an hour. Giving it the real test tomorrow when we pull the boat to the landing and take the kids tubing. Thanks for the hitch, the instructions to put it on and the follow up to make sure I was happy!
Worked good and fit pretty good.. had a little bit of an issue with the U bolt though.. one of them was bent . It would not go in the holes .. checked the other U bolt with the holes.. both sets of holes were right .. just a bent u bolt.. placed it in the vise and pulled it enough to fit.. other than that it went together pretty good.. shipping was super fast .. thank you !!

It was easier to just pull the bumper cover off. The install went perfect with the [online] video. I left the plug loose so it can be stored inside the hatch.

There was a 7/16 lockwasher missing.

Excellent heavy duty hitch. Installed myself. Easy install if you have the right tools. Used a half inch drill to go through the frame and it still took a while.
